Mark Gray is a former Under Treasurer of Queensland, as part of a distinguished career in the Treasury Department. He is also a former Office Head for Macquarie Group in Queensland and has spent most of the last 20 years in private sector roles. These days, Mark is an accomplished Company Director. He is currently Chair of Sugar Terminals Limited and a Director of Data#3, Urban Utilities, the Northern Australia Infrastructure Facility, Queensland Cricket and the Royal Flying Doctor Service in Queensland. With this diverse career, Mark has deep experience in infrastructure and project delivery from a variety of different perspectives. He will give his own special insights into what makes a white elephant.
