Professor Megan Davis will deliver the lecture in St John’s Cathedral with her talk focused on the Uluru Statement from the Heart.

Professor Megan Davis is an Aboriginal Australian activist and international human rights lawyer. She was the first Indigenous Australian to sit on a United Nations body, and was Chair of the UN Permanent Forum on Indigenous Issues. She is known as known for her work on the Uluru Statement from the Heart.

The organisers of this day are the United Nations Association of Australia, the Rotary Peace Centre, Qld University, Griffith University, St Johns Cathedral and Just Peace Qld.
