The University of Queensland’s School of Earth and Environmental Sciences is proud to host the Dorothy Hill Women in Earth and Environmental Sciences Symposium.
The Symposium will connect female and male leaders in the Earth and Environmental Sciences in industry, government and academia.
An important benefit of attending the Symposium is the networking that happens when face-to-face. This has been key to the success of the Symposium. Whilst the 2021 scheduled event had to be postponed due to COVID, we are delighted that the Symposium will be held from Monday 7 November to Wednesday 9 November 2022. Monday afternoon will kick start the event with a Meet & Mingle networking event; Tuesday and Wednesday will be the technical sessions and all-important networking during the refreshment breaks; and the optional Symposium Dinner will be held on Tuesday night at Customs House.
We have a wonderful line up of speakers with more being confirmed.
